Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a stall cost and when is payment due?

Stall fees start at $100 for a single site (3m × 3m), $180 for a double (6m × 3m), and $270 for a triple (9m × 3m). Food truck and amusement sites are priced at $50 per metre. A 10amp power connection is available for an additional $50 per site (limited availability). Payment must be made by 31 July 2026. Please note stall fees are non-refundable.

What happens if I can't attend on the day?

Stall fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances. Stalls also cannot be transferred or given to another stallholder. No-shows without explanation may not be invited to attend future events.

What time can I arrive to set up and when do vehicles need to be cleared?

Stallholders may arrive from 6:30 am to set up. All vehicle movement in the stall area is strictly prohibited after 8:00 am. Gates open to the public at 9:00 am and the event closes at 3:00 pm. Stalls must remain open until 3:00 pm unless permission is granted by Carrington Management.

What insurance and permits do I need?

All stallholders must hold current Public Liability Insurance, evidence must be provided at the time of application. Food and drink stallholders must also provide a permit from Camden Council to trade on the day. Carrington takes no responsibility for any accident, illness, or injury that may occur at your stall.

Does the event go ahead in bad weather?

Yes, Carrington Fair proceeds in all weather conditions, except where conditions are deemed dangerous. All stallholders will be notified in writing if the event is cancelled. If you choose not to attend due to rain or inclement weather, your stall fee remains non-refundable.
